Marni is looking for a Regional Retail Merchandiser to join the Retail Merchandising team of its Head Quarter in Milan.

S/he is accountable for:

• Planning and selecting the orders for all the Women & Man Collections;
• Guarantying a maximizing profit and providing a competitive merchandising by fully understanding customer needs and properly forecasting market trends, in order to react timely to market changes and ensure product competitiveness, in terms of pricing and merchandising.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Selecting of the master order following given Merchandising guidelines;
• Controlling retail performance and stock WW level by analyzing consumer buying patterns, performing a weekly check of slow movers and fast movers, predicting future trends and regularly reviewing performance indicators;
• Supporting the Merchandising team by reporting and forecasting about sales trends, promotional activities and new ranges of merchandising;
• Guarantying an effective product training for Retail Sales Team;
• Deliveries and in-store allocations monitoring in support of a collection launch in line with planning.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in business administration, marketing or related fields is preferred;
• Previous experience, at least 3 years, in a similar role is essential within fashion industries;
• Fluent in English (Written & spoken) is essential, French or Spanish will be a plus;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point);
• Strong analytical skills;
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Problem solving attitude;
• Proven ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
