Digital Manager

The Digital Manager is responsible for leading and executing all digital marketing activities and driving key e-commerce acquisition business activities. The Digital Manager reports in to the Head of Marketing & Communications.

 

RESPONSIBILITES:

 

The employee’s main mission will be focusing on the following:

 

  • DATA, TRACK & ANALYSIS

  • TRAFFIC ACQUISITON

  • MANAGEMENT OF SOCIALS & WEB

  • CRM

 

The Employee’s responsibilities will be:

 

  • Develop data-influenced strategies for e-commerce and social media

  • Analyze data and metrics

  • Track and monitor performance, and report findings to team, partners and management

  • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns

  • Create and maintain goal-oriented activity calendar for official website, concept store and social media channels

  • Support sales goals via social media promotion and paid advertising

  • Maintain the consistent brand image throughout all digital marketing initiatives across web, mobile and social owned properties

  • Day to day management, monitoring and testing of official website

  • Plan and execute digital media across paid search, social media, affiliates, display and SEO

  • Identify and develop new traffic-driving opportunities to increase reach and customer acquisition 

  • Community management on social platforms and incoming customer service inquiries

  • Research relevant industry trends, new technologies, and potential vendors and digital collaborations

  • Track performance of digital marketing campaigns and KPIs. Evaluate market research, test results and competitive intelligence to adjust digital marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Relay actionable insights to stakeholders

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience

  • Prior fashion experience is preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English additional language skills are a plus

  • Experienced in Google Analytics & AdWords

  • Working knowledge of paid search, display, affiliates, SEO, analytics platforms and social media

  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills

  • Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal

  • Independent self-starter with ability to multi-task in a highly energetic and fast-paced ad hands on environment 

  • Works well under pressure, proactive, adaptable and fast moving environment
