For our Diesel Corner in De Bijernkorf Amsterdam - we are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic TEAM LEADER.

 

The role will be responsible to drive the team in order to succeed the company’s goals. 

The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for an effective organization of the team and a successful management of the product with a specific focus on leading the staff. As Team Leader, he/she will play an important role in leading, creating the right culture, developing and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and to convey the proper image of our extra-ordinary brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the team on your floor/in your Dept, to transform each client experience into special moments by creating a hand-crafted experience
Responsible for achieving the commercial targets through an efficient and effective organization of the team and a successful management of the product.
Contribute to improve the commercial performance through the numerical analysis of sales and stocks, the rotation of the product and the supervision of replenishment and visual equipment Lead a high performing client facing and service orientated team
Coach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all clients are given the highest standard of experience
Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside the team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
Create a long-term, authentic bond with your colleagues by fostering growth, listening with respect and inclusion
Support the Store Manager in driving the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance. Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales
Demonstrate best in class sales and self leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor to provide excellent customer service and develop meaningful client relationships through CRM initiatives
Guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clienteling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, grooming etc. taking action to solve problems with positive outcomes
 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Fluency in Dutch
Previous experience in fashion/luxury retail
Experience in training the team, empower and motivate them Results-driven and customer focused
Strong communication skills (verbal, in person, via email, SMS, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
