Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile for the new opening of JS Store in Berlin as Store Manager

 
Responsibilities:

•    Leading, managing & coaching colleagues and teams to create a ‘winning’ store culture.
•    Ensuring control, health and safety, people rostering & P&L management.
•    Lead the way in ensuring store standards are consistently at the highest level.

•    Liaising and keeping in contact with key account customers.
•    Personnel Development and Management
•    Sales Management
•    Managing long distance sales.
•    CRM Developer.
•    Operations and Space Management

 
Requirements:

5/6 years of experience in the luxury fashion in similar roles
Proactivity, enthusiasm, fashion knowledge, management skills and problem solving are the main characteristics required.
