Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile as Stock Keeper for our Outlet in Bicester Village.

Main Responsibilities:

o    Play an active role in ensuring the entire stock cycle runs smoothly
o    Under the guidance of the Store Manager, oversee all stock activities, including inventory management, organization, stock control and cycle counts
o    Execute accurate and timely shipping to final clients, ensuring luxury service standards
o    Receive, inspect and process incoming products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
o    Properly ship, receive and distribute products and process related documentation and invoices in a timely manner.
o    Maintain stockroom organization according to company standards, ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently
o    Monitor stock levels and proactively support replenishment activities to ensure product availability on the sales floor
o    Support the sales team by locating and replenishing products promptly to maximize the client experience
o    Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventories and audits, ensuring inventory accuracy
o    Ensure compliance with company procedures, loss prevention policies and health & safety standards
o    Report discrepancies, damaged products or operational issues to the Store Manager and support the implementation of corrective actions
o    Collaborate with the retail team to ensure efficient stock flow and smooth day-to-day store operations
o    Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized and secure stockroom environment at all times.

Requirements:

o    Good handling of numbers
o    Back-office skills and inventory/stock management
o    Previous experience as Stock keeper (at least 2 years)
o    Flexibility and availability to work during weekends 
o    Languages: proficiency in Italian and English

Nice to have:

o    Good knowledge of RBO, DRT e Power BI
