Stock Manager

Key Responsibilities
•    Dedication and resilience to finding solutions and timely movement of merchandise
•    Think innovatively for improving ways of creating value and magic for the clients
•    Meet the product needs of the store to maximize product distribution, sales effectiveness and maintain a clean working environment
•    Play an active role on making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly owning all stock activities: inventory, organization, control, audits etc.
•    Strive and support the team to achieve team objectives and be accountable for an accurate and organized store inventory at all times

•    Proactively execute shipping and receiving process, partnering with management to resolve any issues and taking necessary steps to resolve

Key Requirements
•    Passionate for the client experience with an in-depth knowledge of the stock workflow and the ability to envision a memorable client experience while enabling the team to be successful
•    Excellent organizational skills, inventory/stock management
•    Previous experience in a Stock and Managerial position, preferably in the Retail environment
•    Very organized, rigorous and reliable, proactive and able to organize the work of the team and to anticipate
•    Management and communication skills / leadership, ability to work with sales teams and liaise with corporate
•    Service-oriented, proactive to propose improvements and support other team members
•    Fluent in English
