Overview:
As the Assistant Store Manager, will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver an elevated shopping experience while driving sales and operational excellence. The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to implement business strategies, maintain brand integrity, and cultivate strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Experience
- Drive sales performance by supporting the team in achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury experience to high-net-worth clientele.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM strategies and personalized follow-ups.
- Ensure the team delivers superior product knowledge and exceptional client service.
Team Leadership & Development
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure a motivated and engaged team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment aligned with brand values.
Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, cash handling, and stock replenishment.
- Uphold luxury brand standards through visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures.
Business Development & Reporting
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify areas of improvement and drive business growth.
- Assist the Store Manager in executing marketing and promotional strategies.
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase foot traffic and client loyalty.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of luxury clientele, high-touch service, and clienteling techniques.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and retail POS software.
- Passion for luxury fashion, fine jewelry, watches, or lifestyle products.
