Digital Analytics Specialist

At Diesel Headquarters, we are looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist to join our Global E-commerce Team. He/She will be a key member of our digital marketing team, responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to uncover valuable insights and optimize our marketing strategies. The figure’s primary focus will be on Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Contentsquare and various advertising platforms, ensuring data accuracy, reporting on key metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall performance.


Responsibilities:
•    Collect, analyze and interpret data from different digital marketing channels and Platforms, using Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare;
•    Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to improve marketing efforts and drive business growth;
•    Develop and maintain Performance dashboards and regular reports to track key metrics (sessions, revenue, CR%) campaign effectiveness (ROAS, Bounce Rate, Time on Site) and overall website performance;
•    Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making;
•    Lead communication with external digital and analytics agencies providing guidance, suggestions, support to achieve team objectives and efficient budget allocation;
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing, e-commerce, Merchandising, CRM, IT), to drive data-driven initiatives and ensure seamless integration of analytics practices.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
•    2-3 years of proven experience in digital analytics, ideally within the fashion or retail industry
•    Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Contentsquare. Familiarity with main advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. Previous experience with Adobe Target Analytics, will be considered a plus.
•    Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
•    Strong knowledge of English; the knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus;
•    Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to extract valuable insights from complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner;
•    Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving personal and team goals.

Location: Breganze/Milano

Compensation & Level:
•    CCNL Textile Industry, Level 6°
•    Salary range (gross annual): €42.000 - €48.000
•    Variable incentive plan: 10% of gross annual salary
The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility. We are open to candidates with different levels of seniority.
