E-commerce OPS Intern

We are looking for passionate and motivated, curious and entrepreneurial talents, to join us at our European E-commerce Team. You will have the chance to give your contribution, being involved from Day 1 in exciting projects. 
 
Working alongside the tutor, the trainee will be responsible to support the team in the day-to-day operational performance management of the direct e-commerce channel and the various integrated marketplaces. 
He/She will be essential for evaluating, improving and maintaining of owned platforms of our diesel.com and marketplace businesses between marketing, sales, technical development, external agencies and executive teams. He/She will play an active role in the digital transformation to enhance customer centricity in the online processes.
The candidate will have the great opportunity to collaborate with several Departments such as ICT, CRM, Marketing, Retail, Logistics, Finance, experiencing the unstoppable evolution of the brand.

The Intern will be able to foster essential skills such as cooperation, self-management and critical observation, moreover he/she will acquire the essential skills to approach the e-commerce world.
 

JOB’S MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
 
•    Definition, Monitoring and Reporting Operative daily KPIs for all the E2E Orders processes (including Outbound and Inbound) in an Omnichannel Environment oriented.
•    Support requirements gathering, documents management, test cases development
•    Support the coordination of the entire online & omnichannel development process
•    Help the team constantly to improve the eCommerce platforms and support the handover process during the post-go-live period. 
•    Support the team in addressing issues and criticalities to the most effective solution path.
•    Support the team in the business development strategy, through benchmark analysis, vendor assessment and comparison. 
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 
•    Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering
•    Fluency in English
•    Analytical and quantitative skills, combined with an attitude to work planning
•    Ability to act independently and be proactive
•    Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
