OTB Spa is looking for an ERP Software Specialist - Sales & Distribution for its Headquarters in Breganze (VI) that will be part of the ICT Corporate department in the Enterprise Sales & Distribution software applications area.

The main job responsibilities of the role will be:

• Supports end users worldwide on software and process issues submitted by tickets or by other communication tools, perform investigations, troubleshooting and fixing activities;
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problems to facilitate a timely resolution;
• Analyze and propose solutions to users’ needs and requirements;
• Support IT team members during software tests, UATs, releases as well as planning and implementing the necessary software settings;
• Plan and prepare user trainings and related material;
• Helps defining improvements on Corporate applications in order to give a better service to users.

After an initial period, based on acquired experience, personal skills, and achieved results, the role will be upgraded leading to process analysis and to consultancy aimed at the optimization of business process needs. As part of this growth, some short travels may be required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Management Engineering, or similar degrees;
• At least 2 years’ experience on similar role. Preference will be given to people with knowledge of Stealth3000 ERP (or other ERPs specialized on Fashion industries) and on additional integrated modules like Retail systems, B2B Order Entry apps, Ecommerce and other Digital tools;
• Good interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
• Good knowledge of English and Italian languages, both written and spoken;
• Knowledge of SQL and/or programming languages will be considered as a plus.
