EU MARKETPLACE CATALOGUE SPECIALIST

 

The EU Marketplace Catalogue Specialist will be responsible for development and management the catalogue flow of the Brand on the marketplace channel. The role includes catalogue management daily activities and performance monitoring, but also implementation of new marketplaces, with project management related activities from pre-discovery to run phase with internal and external stakeholders.
The EU Marketplace Catalogue Specialist will be working closely alongside marketplace partners of the Brand, OTB Group’s collaborators, many teams internal to the company, whether at HQ level or in our regional branches and partners from the market, whether 3P or Key Accounts.
She/he will report to the Marketplace & Digital Key Accounts Manager.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
Below a non-exhaustive list of the EU Marketplace Catalogue Specialist responsibilities :

Catalogue Management
•    Manage the process of catalogue creation from the initial creation until product publication, respecting timelines and promoting actions in favor of optimization and speed;
•    Representing the brand in the relationship with marketplace KA stakeholders, understanding the different modes of work, and promoting active collaboration;
•    Work closely with the technical teams of the OTB group, promoting the correctness of processes, and identifying corrective actions;
•    Coordinating with Marketplace Merchandiser to stay updated on the assortments defined for each platform and accommodate any requests for catalog changes and additions;
•    Through the season, work alongside our partners’ commercial teams to seize product related opportunities;
•    Guarantee operational catalogue excellence.

 

Catalogue monitoring
•    Closely follow-up on catalogue management to ensure consistent lifecycle of our collections on partners’ platforms: from launch to markdown;
•    Monitoring the progress status of the catalog flow on all European perimeter platforms, detecting issues, and actively promoting solutions;
•    Implementing a continuous monitoring process across all European perimeter marketplace.

 

Catalogue Reporting
•    Sending reports on the upload status of the catalog, the various types of issues affecting the catalog status, and the next steps.

 

Business Optimization
•    Studying the current flows and identifying every corrective action to optimize processes, both with external KAs and internal teams such as digital production, merchandising, etc.

 

Project Management
•     Participating in all new platform launch projects, understanding market demands, assessing differences from the brand's business, providing responses to technical PMs, and proactively offering solutions


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
We are looking for someone with:
•    a minimum of 1-2 years experience in similar positions, preferably in the Fashion industry;
•    commercial back-office and customer service is a plus;
•    strong ability to navigate internal systems (PIM, Stealth, etc) and platform specific backend;
•    business sensibility to lead the various tasks by priority;
•    strong communication skills, particularly with external partners;
•    multitasking abilities and project management skills are must-have qualities.
