Diesel is a truly worldwide organization. It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.

We are currently looking for an Allocator (Maternity Substitution) to join our team, based in Breganze (VI). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels in our Diesel stores, with the aim of optimizing sell-through rates and overall performance.

 

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Manage seasonal orders from initial allocation to the end of the merchandise life cycle, including replenishment and inventory consolidation in the various Stores.
  • Establish and manage rules and setting in the automatic replenishment tool.
  • Monitor and optimize store performance to reduce stock levels, increase stock rotation, maximize sell-through, and improve ROS.
  • Conduct continuous KPI analysis for in-season performance.
  • Set the Markdown Price list and devise promotional activities and sales strategies in line with management.
  • Define seasonal exit plans and compile end-of-season returns lists for each Store.
  • Collaborate dynamically with Logistics, Export, Buying, Retail Operations, and Planning departments to optimize and improve processes.

 

Main requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 year of experience in the Fashion industry within merchandising, planning or buying area. A degree in Economics, Statistics or Engineering would be preferred.
  • The profile must have enthusiasm and passion, ability to take initiative, problem solving and team-working mind-set.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, combined with precision and a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical skills are required to contribute effectively to analysis and derive valuable insights;
  • Advance proficiency in Office package, especially Excel.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.
