Global CRM Analyst
At Diesel Headquarters, located in Breganze (VI), we are looking for a Global CRM Analyst to join the Diesel Global Business Insights & Retail Excellence department, recently created to drive Direct Channels performances and execute the transition towards a Customer Centric culture. Within this area, the Business & Consumer Intelligence team is accountable for providing both business and consumer insights to Diesel Leadership teams, supporting key decision-making processes.
The CRM Data Analyst will play a central role in shaping Diesel’s customer intelligence strategy by turning raw data into meaningful insights that improve loyalty, personalization, and campaign effectiveness. The candidate can make a significant impact by setting the foundations for data-driven CRM activities across Diesel HQ, regional offices, and the retail network. This role offers the opportunity to develop advanced analytical skills, gain deep knowledge of CRM platforms and customer data models, and directly influence how Diesel builds long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• CRM Reporting & Analytics: Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting packages on CRM activities (clienteling, email, loyalty), ensuring management and business partners receive clear, actionable insights.
• Customer Segmentation: Support the creation and evolution of segmentation models to improve targeting and personalization across channels and regions.
• One to Many Campaign Performance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, tracking key KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, retention, churn, and lifetime value.
• One to One Clienteling Campaign Performance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Clienteling campaigns, tracking key KPIs such as task creation, conversion rate, sales generated, number of appointments.
• Management Presentation: Contribute to presentations for Diesel and OTB Top Management, ensuring insights are clearly communicated and aligned with strategic priorities.
• Business Partner Support: Act as the data and analytics partner for CRM, Marketing, Retail, and E-commerce teams, helping to transform business needs into dashboards, reports, and analyses.
• Data Quality & Governance: Support the development of a “CRM Data Dictionary” ensuring data accuracy, KPI consistency, and reliability across teams.
• Data Culture Training: Promote the adoption of CRM insights and dashboards across business users, monitor utilization, and support the manager in actions to strengthen a data-driven culture.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Deliver customer and campaign-focused analyses on demand to support specific business initiatives or problem-solving needs.

Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Marketing Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in CRM analytics and customer insights.
• Previous work experience in Fashion Retail is a strong plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Appreciated knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling.
• Understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Campaign) is a plus.
• Fluent English and Italian are a must (other languages beneficial).
• Good command of MS Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret large, complex datasets.
• Confidence in insights generation, on top to zero defect analysis.
