Global Retail Operations - Internship

Our Global Retail Operations team, based in Breganze, is looking for a motivated intern to support the team in the creation and formulation of content, guidelines and procedural manuals, and in the deploy and spread to all the Regions. In addition, he/she will be the guarantor of incoming and outgoing information management in order to support the department to properly schedule activities.

 
Activities

 Reporting directly to Global Retail Operations Manager, he/she will: 
•    Support the Global Retail Operations Department to drive all the Retail Operations projects with a strong focus especially on the creation and formulation of content, guidelines and procedural operations manuals. 
•    Support the Global Retail Operations Department to continually improve current processes and practices, providing inputs to ensure operational efficiency. 
•    Keep regular engagement with the Regions and with Global departments to support the incoming and outcoming information in order to support department to properly schedule activities. 

Requirements

•    Excellent skills in writing, handling and creating content.
•    Good communication skills, both in Italian and English
•    Digital and technology oriented.
•    Team-work mind-set.
•    Fluent in English (an additional language will be considered as a plus)
