Global Retail Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Operations Specialist to support our Global Retail Operations team. The Retail Operations Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the execution of day-to-day retail operations activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering a seamless customer experience across all retail channels. Previous experience working in a retail store environment is a plus.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Support the implementation of retail operations strategies and initiatives to optimize store performance and achieve business objectives.
•    Assist in the development and maintenance of retail operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
•    Collaborate with Regional Operations teams and eventually store managers to address operational challenges, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance, to support integrated retail initiatives and promotions.
•    Assist in analyzing retail performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
•    If requested, Conduct store visits and audits to assess compliance with operational standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and inventory management procedures.
•    Provide training, guidance, and support to store staff on retail operations processes, procedures, and systems.
•    Assist in the planning and execution of store openings, renovations, and closures as needed.
•    Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

•    5+ years of experience working in a retail store environment or in retail operations.

•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred. 
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
•    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in executing operational tasks.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and retail management systems/software.
•    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively under pressure.
•    Previous experience in inventory management, visual merchandising, or store planning is a plus.
•    Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and customer service principles.
•    Proficient English (both speaking and writing), other languages would be beneficial
•    Travel may be required as needed to support Regional retail operations.
