OTB Spa is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join its HR Department at OTB HQ in Breganze (VI). 


Main Job Responsibilities:

•    Support Talent Acquisition Team in the recruitment process; 
•    Active support in HR analytical processes (reports on recruiting costs and vacancies trends);
•    Monitoring the TA&EB active programmes (eg. Job Posting and Referral program…);
•    Participate, together with TA colleagues, to universities and schools events (career days…);
•    Supporting HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers in the use of the Recruiting Module of SAP SuccessFactor; 
•    Maintaining reports on the output of specific events already active (eg. career days);
•    Supporting the team in the organization of Assessments.


Education And Experience Requirements:


•    Master’s degree in Economics, Psychology or in general in humanistic subjects;
•    Previous internship in HR, preferably in multinational companies;
•    Comfortable with metrics and analytics;
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel;
•    Strong drive for results and passion for recruiting; 
•    Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks;
•    Fluency in English;
•    Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
