OTB Spa is looking for an HRIS Manager for its Headquarters in Breganze (VI).

 

Key Accountabilities:


The HRIS Manager will be responsible for the oversight of the HRIS platform and other HR related systems.
Main focus of the position is to act as a key resource for:


•    Development and implementation of Digital HR projects such as Smart Place and new HRIS SAP Success Factors.
•    Responsible for HR Organization design and implementation process

 

The candidate will specifically deal with:


•    Ensure the development and maintenance of HRIS platforms (e.g. SF, Smart Place, Office 365) and supports all relevant HR roles to upgrade functions, streamline processes, recommend more effective solutions to meet HR standard and requirements (continuous improvement of internal practices);
•    Act as a key resource of HRIS deployment of new functionality, and partnering with HR functional areas on system related process work, and integration project work;
•    Responsible for system configuration and build work. Consult with functional users to identify best practice and strategy in configuration;
•    Massive improvement of data quality within HR information systems;
•    Implement an organizational reporting system
•    Organization Analysis: perform organization analysis reviewing the development of HR function, at global level.

 

All responsibilities are performed within the boundaries provided by OTB Policies and procedures.

 

Job requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
•    Minimum 7 years spent in HR environment (Specialist or generalist);
•    Good knowledge of HRIS is required. Success Factors is mandatory;
•    Good knowledge of Database creation and analysis (Excel, People Soft), strong MS Office (Excel, PP, Word) and HRIS skills (recordkeeping, process design, structure and enhancement); 
•    English fluent.
