INTERIOR DESIGN PM
At Diesel Headquarters, located in Breganze (VI) we are looking for an Interior Design Project Manager to be placed within our Architecture Department. The main focus of this role is the performance of activities directly related to managing Retail and Wholesale projects.
Main responsibilities:
Design & Creative Direction
•   Develop and design interior design concepts consistent with the brand's positioning and identity, for stores, showrooms and corporate spaces globally;
•   Translate brand identity guidelines into distinctive spatial concepts, adapting them to local specificities (market, culture, regulations, space dimensions);
•   Collaborate with external architecture firms and regional teams, interior design studios and general contractors, ensuring fidelity to the approved concept;
•   Update and evolve the design manual / store concept guidelines, balancing global identity with local adaptation;
•   Participate in the prototyping process of new furniture and design components, ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and functional standards;
•   Follow specific projects on site when necessary, supporting the implementation phase and verifying adherence to design intent and technical requirements.
Project Management & Delivery
•   Support in managing the full project lifecycle for store openings, restyling and renovations globally (planning, budgeting, execution, handover);
•   Monitor budgets, timelines and procurement plans, ensuring adherence to costs and deadlines;
•   Identify and mitigate project risks (technical, regulatory, on-site), ensuring compliance with local safety, accessibility and fire-code regulations;
•   Support in monitoring project KPIs (time, cost, quality);
•   Manage a portfolio of projects across multiple countries/regions in parallel, with differing priorities and levels of complexity.
Requirements:
•   Degree in Architecture;
•   3-5 years of retail-focused experience, preferably in the Fashion Industry;
•   Result-driven mindset and problem solving attitude;
•   High proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Rhino, Suite Adobe. The knowledge of other tools will be considered a plus;
•   Fluent in English, both spoken and written; the knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
Location: Breganze (Vicenza, Italy)
The role includes the possibility to travel in Italy, Europe and WW.Â
Compensation & Level:
•   CCNL Textile Industry, Level 6°
•   Salary range (gross annual): €35.000 - €40.000
•   Variable incentive plan: 5% of gross annual salary
The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility. We are open to candidates with different levels of seniority.
