Internal Retail Communications Specialist

The Global Customer Experience team is in charge of improving and aligning the retail experience in Diesel Stores across the Globe, through the design and deploy of strategic projects at Global level and by guaranteeing a continuous, uniform and effective communication and training to store people also ensuring a complete and updated product information through the internal communication platform.
Within the Customer Experience team and reporting directly to the Global Customer Experience Manager, the Internal Retail Communications Specialist will be in charge of the deploy of retail internal communication projects at global level, as well as of supporting day by day editorial task within Retail Communcations Team and monitoring and improving user engagement on the platform.
•    Manage and support projects like (but not limited to):
o    Global internal retail communication
o    Global yearly contests
o    Projects involving departments and subjects like VM, product and CRM

•    Analyze usage and platform engagement, actively seek feedback from the stores
•    Periodic reporting
•    Daily editorial tasks within DRES team
•    Support on the editorial calendar creation and upkeep
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to at communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
•    Experience in retail will be considered a strong plus
•    Proven ability to manage complex projects, with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different organizational levels in multiple countries
•    Deep knowledge of retail business and dynamics
•    Strong digital mindset and skills in digital communication
•    Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
•    Business proficiency in English. Fluency in additional languages highly desired
•    Strong teamworking attitude
•    Analytical skills
