OTB Spa is looking for an HR Intern for its Headquarter in Breganze (VI).
He/she will provide support to the HR Management Team on several people & organization activities, processes and projects.
Being part of the HR Management Team requires helping to create a culture that encourages teamwork and ownership of the results, to enhance overall performance and job satisfaction.
The candidate will gain direct knowledge and experience in the HRM field, working closely with all departments and learning how to manage effective communication between staff and management.
Job Responsibilities
He/she will support the Team in a broad set of HR activities:
- Recruitment and hiring processes (identification of staffing needs and potential recruiting sources, participation in job applications screening and phone/face to face interviews, administrative support in hiring activities, induction and training programs for new staff);
- Administration of HR management systems, handling daily HR-based transactions or focused analysis, reports and projects in order to provide direct support to the business;
- Assist and guide employees regarding company policies, HR programs and administrative issues, to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner, in compliance with all national employment laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Recent degree in Economics, with strong academic credentials;
- Strong PC skills including MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Web searching. Ability to learn other IT systems rapidly;
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic and evolving work environment with minimal supervision;
- Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task with accuracy and effectiveness, managing unexpected work-related changes;
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a responsible way.
