OTB Spa is looking for a resource to join the IT Digital team through a 6-months internship in the Headquarters of Breganze (VI).
The IT Digital Intern will join the ICT (Information & Communication Technology) department participating to an important, global and multi-brand E-Commerce Transformation Program encompassing several Regions; he/she will be responsible for working over the post go-live functional support to the business users and operations.
Under the supervision of a manager, he/she will also manage a large part of the delivered IT products (including, but not limited to, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Front-end, Order Management System, Customer Care Tools, etc.) related to e-commerce as well as for the analysis of monitoring of e-commerce processes and services, working closely with the internal E-Commerce, Customer Care, Retail, BI, CRM, Logistics and Finance teams.
Job’s Main Responsibilities Are:
- Effectively organize and coordinate the entire maintenance processes, reviewing the maintenance workflow of the above-mentioned IT products and coordinating the subsequent implementation and fix.
- Effectively manage incident escalation, testing management, support request and analysis by addressing bugs, incidents, change requests and improvements of live applications;
- Document the maintenance activities for business stakeholders and evaluate potential improvements;
- Perform analysis and monitoring on software application functionalities and suggesting improvements;
- Cooperate with the software development team and internal users to improve the application performance;
- Work closely with Product Owners and third-party system integrators to manage code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality;
- Effectively carry out the translation of business requirements into functional specifications, such as user stories, which will be handed over to the agile delivery team for development and implementation;
- Establish the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to third parties;
- Keep a record of configuration changes and schedule application updates
- Document processes and monitor application performance metrics;
- Provide front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments;
- Partner, in an integrated way, with all IT, experience design and product management teams to deliver the best market products.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in management engineering, operations management/supply chain management, software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, economics or similar;
- Fluency in English/English Mother tongue; Italian fluency is appreciated;
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships on an enterprise scale and to engage others;
- Good predisposition to work in an innovative, dynamic, global and agile environment, with a customer-oriented and results-focused mindset;
- Knowledge of the online business and fashion online platforms will be considered a plus.
