INTERNSHIP LEGAL

At Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a newly graduate in Law to join our Legal Department. The role will support Diesel Legal team in the drafting and reviewing of contracts and legal documents, intellectual property and Brand Protection activities.
 
Main responsibilities:
•    Support in the draft and review, in compliance with Diesel Spa templates, of legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents related to Diesel Spa Functions' matters to protect the organization's interests.
•    Maintain databases ensuring accurate recording of legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents.
•    Liaise with Diesel Spa Corporate Functions supporting on all legal matters and understanding the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the organization.
•    Support the team on the intellectual property issues and Brand Protection activities.
 
Requirements:
•    Master Degree in Law.
•    Interest in working within the Legal office of a global fashion brand.
•    Excellent knowledge of the English language. Other language skills would be preferred.
•    Determination to achieve the objectives, initiative, ability to problem solving and teamwork.
