Junior Business Controller

At Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a Junior Business Controller to join our HQ Finance department. 

Main responsibilities
•    Collect business and managerial data at a consolidated level to validate short, medium and long-term financial planning for the marketing department.
•    Analyze variances on sales and costs (consolidated and By Subs) to support the marketing department in defining recovering actions. 
•    Support the team in the subsidiaries controlling activities, ensuring submission of planning and accurate reporting within deadlines.

Main requirements
•    The ideal candidate should have 1 or 2-year experience of business and financial controlling in companies modernly structured or in consultant firms. A degree in Economics is also required. 
•    The profile must have strong analytical skills, determination to achieve the objectives, flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, ability to problem solving and teamwork.
•    The profile must have ability to use controlling and data mining tools, expertise on financial controlling and reporting, key metrics, and excellent use of Excel (i.e. pivots, macros etc.). Proficiency with Hyperion and SAP would be preferred.
•    Excellent knowledge of the English language completes the profile we are looking for.
