RETAIL MERCHANDISER SHOES, BAGS & SLG

At Diesel Headquarter located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a Merchandiser Shoes, Bags & SLG Collections, who will be placed within the Global Merchandising Department. The roles will support the team in realizing and executing retail merchandising strategy on a Global level. 

Responsibilities:
-    Management and analyses regarding the performance of category products, taking into account and monitoring the relevant KPIs;
-    Setup of specific dashboards for data monitoring;
-    Support to the Global Merchandising team in defining the Master Order;
-    Participation in meetings with the Marketing, Retail Excellence, and Visual Merchandising departments to define the editorial calendar and structure the window displays;
-    Monitoring of product arrivals for the relevant product category;
-    Support to the Global Collection Merchandising Team during the collection development phase;
-    Communication and coordination with the Regions to gather input on product performance and, consequently, define potential action plans.

Requirements:
-    Educational background in business management or similar and 4-5 years of experience within roles of Brand/Merchandising/Buying in a fashion company modernly structured;
-    International mindset and experience gained in both educational and career path;
-    Great passion for fashion and sound knowledge of the current market and consumer trends;
-    Strong analytical skills and mindset, proficiency in Excel and Power Point; PowerBI knowledge will be considered a plus;
-    Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to problem solving and to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm;
-    Fluent in English. The knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Compensation & Level:

•    CCNL Textile Industry, Level 6°
•    Salary range (gross annual): €38.000 - €43.000
•    Variable incentive plan: 10% of gross annual salary

The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility. We are open to candidates with different levels of seniority.
