OTB Spa is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join its HR Department at OTB HQ in Breganze (VI). 

Main Job Responsibilities


  • Manage Talent Acquisition process at group level worldwide for middle and top management roles for all OTB Companies;
  • Deal with existing TA&EB programs and implement new ones;
  • Perform HR analysis with a deep focus on how to improve the global group recruiting process;
  • Improve SAP SuccessFactor platform and its functionalities at worldwide level;
  • Collaborate with Brand HR teams in order to create sinergies in the recruiting process to achieve Talent Acquisition goals (e.g. reducing the amount of time to fill a position, recruiting costs, etc);
  • Interact with the different OTB Regions (NA, Japan, China, Europe) in the development of recruiting processes;
  • Monitor and supervise external talent attraction data (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed), propose and execute action plans and recommendations to elevate the brand experience;
  • Maintain established relationships with Head Hunting companies and search for new ones depending on business needs;
  • Budget Management.




  • 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in multinational companies;
  • Business acumen and passion for recruiting; 
  • Ability to drive change management and effectively manage multiple tasks;
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong drive for results;
  • Comfortable with metrics and analytics;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel;
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactor or other applicant tracking systems (ATS); 
  • Fluency in English.
