Role and Responsibilities
SalesÂ
•   Self motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with emphasis on driving sales results through qualitiative customer conversion and development of proactive sales via personalized, client-centric follow up/follow through activity
•   Reach and surpass monthly sales goals as determined by Management
•   Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all products in assigned Product category and keep up-to-date on all product categories in-store
•   Manage sales and optimize each step of sales process ensuring all clients receive highest degree of sophistication and enjoyable service possible, aiming to foster development of loyal shoppers: Welcome and know regular customers
•   Experience in luxury handbag and leathergoods sales or specialist role is a plus
Customer ServiceÂ
•   Strong customer service skills to provide courteous and precise customer satisfaction
•   Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing capabilities
•   Develop and maintain a book of clients including sales records, records of all client preferences as well as records of clients' life events (birthdates, etc.)
•   Follow-up with clients through phone, email, cards and special announcements
•   Align with style and qualitative standards of the brand throughout Sales and post-sale process
•   Take full advantage of all contact with customers in the store and promote both the brand and product
•   Collaborate with other colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a teamwork oriented environmentÂ
•   Constantly keep up-to-date regarding fashion trends; know and monitor competition
•  Anticipate and understrand customers' needs, both expressed and less obvious
•   Demonstrate, recommend and style the products available; promote wardrobing
•   Schedule client appointments and prepare in advance for successful appointment conversion
•   Develop pre-existing and new clients via consignment and proactive selling techniques
•   Ensure customer loyalty through client data capture and utilization for follow up activity

OperationsÂ
•   Participate in the inventory processÂ
•   Contribute to and create an overall positive atmosphere in the store
•   Maintain a clean and organized store to create a comfortable shopping experience
•   Maintain knowledge and understanding of store sales goals
•   Support the store manager to ensure accuracy in all POS transactions along with cash handling and banking procedures
•   Apply all store operations policies and procedures provided by the Company
Merchandising
•   Maintain visual merchandising criteria and quantities per Company standards and guidelines
•  Ensure that product is accurately coded, tagged and priced
•   Provide store management with qualitative feedback
Physical RequirementsÂ
The physical demands described must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential  functions of this job:Â
•   Required to stand and walk for up to eight hours in a workday
•   Required to lift and or move up to 50 pounds
•   Required to be able to engage in the following activities: Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, grasping, pinching, reaching/lifting above shoulders in a repetitive manner; and work with cleaning solutions.Â
•   The following vision abilities are required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Â

Qualifications and Education Requirements
•   Previous retail customer service experience in luxury market
•  Previous client book preferred
•   Excellent customer services skills

•  5+ years in premium / luxury commission sales environment

Salary Range: $19-$20 per hour
