We are currently looking for a:

HR SPECIALIST DACH (m/f/d)  

At our Diesel Headoffice located in Düsseldorf we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist DACH complementing our HR team.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Administration of HR Lifecycle (Hiring, Change of Contracts, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Certifications, Exit Management)
  • Responsible for the communication and compliance with procedures and guidelines
  • Personnel support (e.g. coordination of the induction and probation process)
  • Stay up to date regarding new guidelines and support continuous improvement of operational processes
  • Support implementation of regional projects
  • Support of Payroll

 

What requirements you need to have:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Psychology or similar
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in HR
  • Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge in people management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Organizational talent
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Proactively looking for ways to improve things and challenge the status quo
  • Good command of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Native in German and fluent in English; French is a plus
