All'interno della Funzione Logistica, il Warehouse Inbound Specialist si occupa delle seguenti attività:

• Supporto alle attività di accettazione e ingresso merce del Campus Logistico
• Monitoraggio degli arrivi in coordinamento con funzione import e Team Assegnazioni, garantendo che le priorità di lavorazione della merce vengano rispettate
• Assicura il corretto caricamento contabile della merce utilizzando il gestionale di gruppo e il sistema dipartimentale di magazzino e garantisce la regolare gestione documentale
• Supporto alle attività di conto visione e reso della merce a fornitore
• Supporto alle attività di gestione dei resi commerciali a magazzino
• Predisposizione di reportistica per individuare le aree di miglioramento e proporre possibili soluzioni

Requisiti richiesti:

• Familiarità con software e l’uso del computer
• Laurea in Commercio Internazionale, Logistica, Economia o campi affini verrà considera un plus
• Buone capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli
• Capacità di problem-solving e di lavorare sotto pressione
