Asst HR Manager - TA Focus (Business Partner)

OTB is an international fashion group, powering a range of global, unconventional brands, including Diesel, Maison Margiela, Marni, Viktor&Rolf, and Jil Sander. The group also controls the Staff International and Brave Kid companies, and holds a stake in L.A. brand Amiri.

OTB Hong Kong office is now seeking high caliber talent acquisition professional to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide HR solutions to business units on people related matters, like talent acquisition and retention, change management, etc
• To manage full cycle of recruitment process of frontline in HK & Macau and office positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing and providing recommendations to line managers
• Maintain recruitment database and prepare recruitment-related logistics and documentation, such as contract preparation, system set-up, on-boarding orientation, etc
• Assist to implement key HR projects / programs as assigned and make recommendation and suggestions for improvement in Talent Acquisition
• Perform any other job duties as assigned

We are looking for :

• Degree holder of Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred
• At least 6 years’ solid experience in handling extensive recruitment activities, preferably in retail / FMCG / F & B industry
• A service-oriented mind-set with excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact with people at all levels
• Mature, Independent, well-organized with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of both English & Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
• Immediate available is an advantage
