Overview:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory levels, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring products are properly stocked on the sales floor. The Operations Supervisor parteners closley with the Store Manager to ensure operational efficiencies and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Â
Stock Management
- Receive and unload shipments, verifying accuracy against invoices.
- Organize and store inventory in stockrooms, ensuring proper labeling and placement.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain stock levels.
- Assist in executing inventory counts and loss prevention measures.
- Keep stockroom clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking (if applicable).
- Follow company procedures for handling damaged or defective merchandise.

Operational & Leadership
- Work with sales associates and managers to fulfill stock requests.
- Maintain awareness of product availability and restock needs.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Strive to consistently elevate the level of operation excellence
- Lead with authenticity and drive transparency, serve as a leader
- Train, develop, and motivate team as a leader in the building to achieve ongoing learning

Work Schedule:
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as needed.
Â
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in compliance management or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail or service-oriented organization preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail, warehouse, or stockroom experience (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
