WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
A successful Sales Supervisor is a commercial leader, coach, clienteling champion, and brand ambassador. They know the business, the numbers, the clients, and their people — and they create the conditions for the team to succeed rather than simply managing the floor.
They lead from the floor, sell by example, develop talent, and coach behaviors rather than manage outcomes. The Sales Supervisor is successful when the team performs at a higher level because of their leadership, and that performance translates into sustainable sales growth, stronger client relationships, and a high-performing store culture.
