Key Responsibilities 

• Set up and implement regular action plans in cooperation with the Retail Manager to develop sales for each product category and clientele (both local and tourist).
• Achieve financial objectives by proposing action plans and being able to adapt quickly and effectively to any situation.
• Plan and implement daily and monthly sales objectives.
• Maintain momentum towards the long-term strategy despite short-term pressures, while developing strategic plans to achieve the long-term goals of the store and the organization.
• Support and manage omnichannel activities, ensuring full compliance with corporate standards and guidelines. 
• Inventory manager, regularly review the merchandise assortment. Plan and act to optimize stock levels and stock mix to reflect sales, buying trends, and customer demands.
• Excellent and specialized customer service to transform every customer experience into dream moments. Assess the local business environment and its impact on sales.
• Analyze CRM data, propose in-store CRM activities using the data, propose and implement activities to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. 
• Ensure the application of Maison Margiela and OTB group standards (Sales, Ceremony, visual guidelines, hygiene standards, procedures, etc.). Establish and maintain a management system for store safety, stock, and equipment. Respond appropriately in case of disasters (earthquakes, fires, typhoons, thefts).
• Hire passionate people and train them for team growth and development. Evaluate staff performance and provide them with feedback and training. Streamline workflow and create staff schedules. Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of stores (windows, furniture, lighting, etc.). Set up and maintain effective VM according to brand guidelines. 

Work Schedule:

• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as needed.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Retail Experience – Previous experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands.
• Exceptional Communication – Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills to engage clients.
• Sales-Driven Mindset – Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Customer-Centric Approach – Passion for delivering a personalized shopping experience.
• Cultural Awareness – Ability to interact with an international clientele.

• Multilingual (Preferred) – Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
