What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of Jil Sander: warmly welcome every client and create an inspiring in-store experience.
• Understand client needs intuitively, guiding them through collections with genuine care and expert knowledge.
• Build long-lasting relationships, both in-store and digitally, ensuring every client feels known and valued.
• Act as a brand ambassador—staying ahead of fashion trends, sharing product expertise, and representing Jil Sander’s unique voice.
• Manage the full client journey, from first contact to final purchase, driving sales and exceeding personal and store targets.
• Keep an eye on stock, supporting the smooth running of daily operations.

• Excellent communication in English (a second language is a plus).
