Jil Sander is looking for the perfect profile as Client Advisor for our concession in Harrods.


Main Responsibilities:
•  Welcome the customer, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times, trying to perceive his/her needs and expectations, providing all necessary information about the product, brand and current trends.
•  Develop and maintain effective one-to-one customer relationships, including the use of digital tools.
•  Maintain accurate records of all key customer account activities, and use the information for ongoing reference, including Contact names, Special delivery requirements, Product preferences, Outstanding price quotes, Previous order history, All follow up information related to closing the sale.
•  Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the provided training program, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
•  Achieve established personal and store sales goals, by thoroughly and effectively managing all customer accounts through all stages of the sales cycle and the purchase process. Respond to all product inquiries (direct and indirect) and attempt to convert them to sales.

•    Strong communication skills in English at least (verbal, in person, via e-mail, SMS, etc.) and ability to handle clients with personal care and empathy.

Requirements:
•    Experience in luxury fashion.
•    Product, brand, and fashion knowledge.
•    Proactivity, enthusiasm and drive for sales role.
