KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience
- Being a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions
- Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them
- Deal effectively with customer complaints
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
- Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs
- Prove Brand and product knowledge
- Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, taxfree in a punctual and accurate manner
- Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor
- Thinking innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors
- Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
- Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance
- Transform each client experience into unique moments by creating a hand-crafted experience
- Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections, CRM initiatives and follow-up
- Promote a customer centric culture by coaching sales teams on data collection and enrichment as well as on processes involving CRM, client engagement, customer care/after sale practices to build and maintain the client base

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in fashion/luxury retail
- Proven track record of successful sales generation, building and developing client relations
- Results-driven and customer focused
- Strong communication skills (verbal, in person, via email, SMS, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
- A fluent knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory, knowledge of a further language will be considered a plus
