For our Diesel Store in Las Rozas Village - Madrid, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader.
 
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Leader will be responsible of leading and coaching the sales team, building Client relationships, and proactively fostering the achievement of sales goals and ensuring the delivery of an excellent Client experience, aiming at the achievement of assigned store objectives on a monthly basis.
 
  
Your key responsibilities:
 

•    Lead the Client Advisors team, aiming at transforming each client experience into special moments by creating a hand-crafted experience 
•    Together with Store Management, responsible for achieving the commercial targets through an efficient and effective organization of the   team and a successful management of the product 
•    Lead a high performing client facing and service orientated team. 
•    Coach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all clients are given the highest standard of experience. 
•    Support the Store Management in driving the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client 
•    Demonstrate best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor to provide excellent and specialized customer service and develop meaningful client relationships through CRM initiatives 
•    Guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clienteling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, grooming etc. taking action to solve problems with positive outcomes 
  
Requirements 
 
•    At least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in luxury retail, coordinating, training and empowering a Client Advisor team 
•    A proven track record delivering sales in a luxury retail environment, as well in Clientelling activities 
•    Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity 
•    Strong communication skills and commercial mindset 
•    Digitally aware and open to new ways of working 
•    Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients 
•    Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage 

 

🌍Language proficiency: Spanish language is mandatory. Any additional language is considered a plus.
