Overview:
The Assistant Store Manager is the business owner of the store results, accountable for delivering sales and profitability targets while bringing the brand's identity to life in every client interaction. This role leads all aspects of store performance: commercial results, client development, team leadership, visual and operational standards, and compliance with company policy and local labor law.

The Assistant Store Manager builds and develops a high-performing team, sets the service standard on the floor, and cultivates lasting client relationships that drive repeat business and local market presence. Success requires balancing entrepreneurial commercial judgment with disciplined execution of brand and corporate guidelines — acting as the primary link between the store and headquarters/regional partners in merchandising, HR, operations, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Â
- Drive sales performance by supporting the team in achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury experience to high-net-worth clientele.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM strategies and personalized follow-ups.
- Ensure the team delivers superior product knowledge and exceptional client service.
- Communicate and track store sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) providing context and rationale for business sales results.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure a motivated and engaged team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment aligned with brand values.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, cash handling, and stock replenishment.
- Uphold luxury brand standards through visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify areas of improvement and drive business growth.
- Assist the Store Manager in executing marketing and promotional strategies.
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase foot traffic and client loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in retail management or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail or service-oriented organization preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as needed.
- Previous client book preferred.
- Financial Management experience.
- Ethical conduct must lead by example.
- Learning Orientation and ability to train and teach.
- Performance Management.
- Leadership, comfortable having difficult conversations.
- Elevated market awareness and networking skills
