Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team within the luxury retail sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with various teams to enhance business operations, optimize customer experiences, and contribute to the overall success of our luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business performance, trends, and KPIs to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate retail data overview.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency across retail and e-commerce channels.
• Support the development of data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and optimize the customer journey.
• Conduct competitive analysis and industry benchmarking to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve profitability, reduce costs, and enhance the luxury customer experience.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommend adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the luxury retail or fashion industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and CRM platforms.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, sales performance, and e-commerce trends.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A passion for luxury brands, retail innovation, and customer-centric solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools and advanced statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in luxury retail, digital transformation, and customer experience.
