Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. John Galliano was named Creative Director of the house in 2014, bringing his sense of spectacle and creative mastery to the unique ethos of Maison Margiela. Whilst developing his own vision for the house, John Galliano has entirely respected the Martin Margiela state of mind, creating a fascinating organic process.

We are looking for a Client Advisor FT & PT  to join our Concessions in Rinascente Duomo Milano.

Reporting to the Store Manager, You will have the following responsibilities:

• Increase sales by providing excellent customer service;
• Develop relationships with customers;
• Deep the knowledge of KPI's and store management tools;
• Ensure that business targets are met;
• Relay instructions and control the execution of tasks;
• Maintain the image of the store, the back office and the stockroom;
• Assist with stock control (inventory, security, product levels).
