Jil Sander is looking for an outstanding Client Advisor to join our Milan flagship store.
The ideal candidate is a luxury retail professional who elevates every client interaction into a refined and memorable experience, combining impeccable styling sensibility, authentic relationship-building, and a deep understanding of the Jil Sander aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome each client with elegance and discretion, delivering an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the brand’s values while intuitively understanding clients’ needs and expectations.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong one-to-one client relationships, creating and nurturing a qualified client portfolio through both in-store and digital tools.
  • Demonstrate deep brand and product knowledge, staying constantly up to date on the luxury market, competitors, and contemporary fashion trends.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by managing the client journey across all stages of the sales cycle, from first contact to after-sales follow-up.
  • Interpret specific client requests and transform them into complete styling propositions, encouraging upselling through thoughtful storytelling, layering, and total-look construction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records, including client preferences, purchase history, follow-ups, delivery requirements, and future opportunities.
  • Respond proactively to all product inquiries—direct and indirect—aiming to convert them into sales while strengthening long-term client relationships.
  • Styling & Client Experience Excellence
  • Proven track record as a top performer in luxury retail, consistently achieving sales targets and successfully developing and managing a qualified client portfolio.
  • Strong styling sensibility, with the ability to create total looks aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and each client’s personal identity.
  • Natural ability to interpret silhouettes, proportions, fabrics, and layering, translating the brand vision into personalized styling proposals.
  • Ability to drive upselling through styling storytelling, transforming single product requests into curated and complete wardrobe solutions.
  • Strong fashion culture and awareness of contemporary trends, with a refined understanding of minimal luxury positioning.
  • Ability to understand clients’ lifestyles and emotional drivers, proposing styling solutions that enhance confidence, self-expression, and identity.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail.
  • Strong knowledge of BOH processes.
  • Proactivity, enthusiasm, strong fashion knowledge, and a polished, professional attitude.
