Marni is looking for a Client Advisor to join its team's Boutique in Milan. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with a strong background in luxury retail, who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and contributing to business performance.

 

PROFILE

•    Deliver a high standard of client service, ensuring an elevated and personalized in-store experience 
•    Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business
•    Identify and maximize sales opportunities across all product categories  • Apply effective selling techniques to anticipate and meet client needs 
•    Capture and maintain accurate client data in CRM systems 
•    Proactively engage clients to strengthen relationships and drive retention 
•    Support the execution of in-store events and client engagement activities 
•    Contribute to the development of the store’s local client network 
•    Execute sales transactions accurately, including payments, returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free procedures 
•    Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with company guidelines 
•    Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures 
•    Support stockroom activities, including receiving, transfers, inventory, and reporting 
•    Partner effectively with the store management team to support business objectives 
•    Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•    Minimum 5 years of experience in retail; luxury experience preferred, with leather goods as a plus 
•    Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships 
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Results-oriented with a client-centric approach 
•    High attention to detail and organizational skills 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools
•    Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

 

WHAT WE OFFER

•   CCNL Terziario Commercio
•   Salary range (gross annual): € 25.500 - € 30.000
•   Commissions
