Marni is looking for a Client Advisor to join its team's Boutique in Milan. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with a strong background in luxury retail, who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and contributing to business performance.

PROFILE
•   Deliver a high standard of client service, ensuring an elevated and personalized in-store experienceÂ
•   Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business
•   Identify and maximize sales opportunities across all product categories  • Apply effective selling techniques to anticipate and meet client needsÂ
•   Capture and maintain accurate client data in CRM systemsÂ
•   Proactively engage clients to strengthen relationships and drive retentionÂ
•   Support the execution of in-store events and client engagement activitiesÂ
•   Contribute to the development of the store’s local client networkÂ
•   Execute sales transactions accurately, including payments, returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free proceduresÂ
•   Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with company guidelinesÂ
•   Ensure compliance with company policies and operational proceduresÂ
•   Support stockroom activities, including receiving, transfers, inventory, and reportingÂ
•   Partner effectively with the store management team to support business objectivesÂ
•   Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•   Minimum 5 years of experience in retail; luxury experience preferred, with leather goods as a plusÂ
•   Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationshipsÂ
•   Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Results-oriented with a client-centric approachÂ
•   High attention to detail and organizational skillsÂ
•   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools
•   Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

•  Salary range (gross annual): € 25.500 - € 30.000
•  Commissions
