At Jil Sander Headquarters, located in Milan, we are currently seeking a passionate, innovative and dedicated  DIGITAL MARKETING & ANALYTICS 


which mission is to drive qualitative traffic to optimize conversion as well as provide shopping and behavioral customer insights to improve the digital customer experience; work closely with internal business partners and 3rd party’s vendors; drive focus on strategic, value-adding activities.


Job Responsabilities:

•    Manage and execute an holistic digital marketing strategy in alignment with brand and merchandising calendar as well as markets needs. 
•    Maximize traffic and conversion through core digital marketing tactics such as but not limited to: paid search, SEO, retargeting, affiliation with dedicated focus by device category, mobile in particular.
•    Manage and execute omnichannel email strategy, including weekly communication, lifecycle campaign and other triggered emails, aligning with CRM to constantly optimize the contact strategy
•    Manage digital marketing budget to fulfill the strategy and meet business targets
•    Work with third party agency sharing objectives and constantly monitoring actions and results.
•    Analyze campaign performance by channel and device category, ensure ongoing optimization of digital marketing channels to achieve target growth and healthy ROI
•    Ensure omni-channel and brand-aligned messaging across all digital touchpoints
•    Partner with HQ marketing, CRM and local team on all go to market initiatives 
•    Provide digital marketing support for marketplace accounts in order to drive sales in alignment with overall e-business strategy 
•    Monitor campaigns tracking through Telium and partner with Digital IT to ensure data quality in Adobe Analytics for both campaigns and site events
•    Build Analytics dashboard on including traffic, conversion by marketing channel, shopping and behavioral kpis.
•    Internal SPOC for GA4 and Adobe Analytics.


Job Requirements:

•    Degree in Data Science, Economics, Marketing, Digital retailing or related studies
•    5+ years of e-business and digital marketing experience, including paid search, SEO, campaign management 
•    Ability to work independently as well as a team player, being able to build trust among colleagues and external partners
•    Well-developed understanding of e-commerce technological platforms such as SFCC, Adobe Campaign, Google merchant account, Marketing data feeding, GA4, Adobe Analytics
•    Preferred knowledge of basic Html
•    Digital analytics and reporting: ability to read and create reports 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
