An exciting opportunity has arisen within JS as Digital Production Specialist, who will be a part of Marketing Department and will be involved in all related activities of the E-commerce and Digital content productions. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Get in touch with agents, handle negotiation, check talent’s availability and fees
•    Manage ecommerce on set production independently 
•    Support with equipment rentals for photoshoots
•    Handle catering and external vendors booking and negotiation 
•    Oversee budget consolidation, suppliers expenses management and invoice processing
•    Monitor the ecommerce post-production process
•    Identify and address logistical challenges and issues that arise during production, such as scheduling conflicts, budget issues, or technical difficulties
•    Support in preparation of creative reviews and presentation to top management and studio 
•    Nurture relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies and talents
•    Support intellectual property matters and agreements next steps with legal team
•    Support with travel-oriented logistics including flight bookings, car bookings, hotel bookings

QUALIFICATIONS

•    Fluent in English
•    3+ years in production, ideally with a luxury brand or agency
•    Experience with on set production, ideally e-commerce
•    Organized, detail oriented and flexible
•    Understanding of international business culture, diplomatic skills
•    Excellent teamwork and communication skills 
•    Agile and problem solving attitude
