At Jil Sander Headquarters, located in Milan, we are currently seeking a passionate, innovative and dedicated E-BUSINESS OPERATIONS

 

which mission is to grow the business ensuring a proper customer experience - in light of the brand positioning - and delivering operational efficiency; work closely with internal business partners and 3rd party’s vendors; drive focus on strategic, value-adding activities.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

•    Drive daily digital business operations including orders management, omnichannel services, payments and fraud management, deliveries, packaging, client service policy and procedures. 
•    Set operational kpis targets and operations guidelines/best practices.
•    Regularly Analyze operational kpis and define business actions to improve performance while being efficient.
•    Develop the relationship with all key business partners (Merchandising, Retail, Logistic, Client Service, IT, Treasury, Finance) and 3rd parties providing regularly quantitative and qualitative business insights and forecast to plan daily activities and resources, ensure periodic reviews to study and plan service improvements and or optimization
•    Drive the E-business Operations roadmap for improvements based on business potential, customer satisfaction improvements and economics
•    Lead implementation and launch by market of strategic projects involving E-Commerce Operations partnering with all Jil Sander and OTB stakeholders 
•    Stay current on digital trends with a focus on Digital and Omnichannel Operations, Payments and Risk Management across all markets

 

More details on key areas of responsibilitites:

•    Close monitoring of Jilsander.com /Omnichannel fulfillment operations (inbound, outbound) in the OMS and ensure SLA’s are properly set and achieved
•    Partner with merchandising and allocation team to optimize omnistock approach across all channels
•    Monitor payments methods adoptions/ performances and costs by country to identify efficiencies and business opportunities
•    Monitor and provide advice on carrier performances in terms of SLA, lost packages, overall cost/service offering 
•    Monitor return flow and return rate, work towards constant process improvement and provide insights on both process and service opportunities 
•    Proactively collaborate with Finance team and providers in order to reduce fraud rate and optimize the chargeback process and monitoring 
•    Collaborate with Finance and Legal Dept. to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations 
•    Team up with client service team on site experience and process to reduce operational contacts and improve customer service satisfaction.  Collaborate on existing and new initiatives/procedures
•    Revise and amend policy and procedures based on business needs.
•    Monitor Refunds/Appeasements and Promo code usage in order to meet sales targets 
•    Leverage all tech stack to build reporting necessary to the business including, Adobe Analytics, OMS, Front-end, etc..
•    Packaging and supplies management (forecast / budget / opportunities) for warehouse and omni services

 

Requirements and Qualifications
 
•    Degree in Data Science, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain, Business or related studies
•    5+ years of experience working on eCommerce Operations in an international environment
•    Thrive for improving procedures and find solutions to problems, with a data-driven approach
•    Ability to work independently as well as a team player, being able to build trust among colleagues and external partners
•    Well-developed understanding for data analysis and interpretation, as well as for eCommerce technological platforms such as SFCC, PSP, OMS, WMS, ERP, Adobe Analytics
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
