Marni is looking for a Business Analyst & Project Coordinator – E-commerce to join the E-business team. S/he will be responsible for analyzing e-commerce data and coordinating digital projects, with the goal of improving conversion rates and supporting data-driven decision-making.
This position combines strong analytical expertise, project ownership, and the ability to work in cross-functional environments, acting as a key point of reference for analytics, tracking, and user experience optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Analyze e-commerce performance using Adobe Analytics (primary tool), Power BI, and ContentSquare
- Generate insights on sales, user behavior, product performance, and channel effectiveness
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business needs
- Define advanced metrics and segments based on business requirements
- Support leadership and operational teams with data-driven analysis
Tracking, Data Quality & BI
- Own and ensure the quality of digital data
- Manage and oversee website tracking (Adobe Analytics), including:
- Gathering business requirements
- Defining technical specifications
- Coordinating with agencies and stakeholders
- Validating implementations and monitoring data accuracy
- Collaborate with BI teams on data pipeline development and reporting
Experimentation & Personalization
- Support A/B testing activities (test design, KPI definition, tracking, and results analysis)
- Lead on-site personalization initiatives (e.g., recommendations, carousels, notifications)
- Monitor the impact of initiatives on conversion rate and key KPIs
Project Coordination
- Coordinate change requests and projects within the e-commerce roadmap
- Collect requirements and align stakeholders (UX/UI, merchandising, content, operations, IT)
- Manage timelines, priorities, and budgets
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and monitor releases
- Analyze performance post go-live
Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing and CRM teams on cross-functional initiatives (e.g., segmentation, attribution, lifecycle)
- Interface with external agencies and global teams (Digital, IT, BI)
Requirements
Hard Skills
- Proven experience in web analytics and digital data analysis
- Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics (must have)
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Familiarity with UX analytics tools (e.g., ContentSquare)
- Ability to define tracking requirements and interpret technical implementations
- Basic knowledge of A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud will be a plus
- Knowledge of tag management tools (e.g., Tealium) will be a nice to have
AI & Tools
- Advanced use of ChatGPT / Claude for analysis, reporting, and decision support
- Strong prompting skills (must have): structuring requests, iterating, and validating outputs

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Project management and coordination skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
