At Diesel, located in Milan (Italy), we are looking for a brilliant graduate to join our Digital Merchandising Team, in the E-commerce Department.
Main activities:
•   Day to day management of the online catalogue and product selection according to delivery plan and editorial calendar.
•   Support the E-Commerce Merchandising team on product selections for dedicated launches and marketing moments.
•   On-site managing of Visual Merchandising activities (product sorting, filters, navigation menu and internal search set up), coherent with editorial calendar and business needs
•   Support on-site testing activities in relation to Visual Merchandising Catalog new features.
•   Support on benchmarking activities on competitors to fuel ideas for future improvements

Requirements:
•   Degree in Economics or Digital Marketing;
•   Italian native speaker, knowledge of the English language is compulsory. Knowledge of a second language is a preferential requirement;
•   Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
•   Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is an added value;
•   Passionate about fashion industry and digital world;
•   Good communication skills, ability to take the initiative, problem-solving, team-working, and result orientation.
