At OTB Group we are seeking an experience and highly skilled Global Marketplace Manager to join the E-commerce Team of one of our brand. He/She will implement the brand's business strategy and drive incremental growth from the marketplace channel.
The role includes strategic and tactical management, implementing and managing actual and new marketplaces from the pre-discovery to run phase, daily activities, and performance monitoring.

Main responsibilities:
- Optimize Marketplace Business on actual marketplaces to drive incremental revenues;
- Identify Marketplace opportunities worldwide that fit brand positioning and growth plans;
- Responsible for business and P&L about the direct marketplace;
- Manage relationships with external partners;
- Manage all deadlines related to upcoming new marketplace partnerships;
- Develop processes and procedures plan to ensure actions are completed;
- Closely collaborate with DTC business, buying and merchandising, operations, marketing, and regional teams to carry out all the activities to support the strategy and the business;
- Management of marketing investments;
- Coordination of all the activities to define commercial and marketing calendar in collaboration with internal and external teams;
- Weekly and monthly target monitoring, including sales reports, products and logistics performance.

Requirements:
- Graduate level education (or equivalent);
- 4+ years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the Fashion industry;
- Strong analytical skills and business sensibility to lead various tasks;
- Project management skills are a must-have;
- Excellent ability to work to tight deadlines and handle workload;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent team player with good communication skills;Â
- Fluent in English; the knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus;
- Pro-active, curious, eager to learn, adaptable to changes.
