Your Mission: As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be the architect of our people experience, bridging the worlds of corporate strategy and retail excellence. This role is for someone who thrives in the unconventional, who can navigate the complexities of both a global corporate structure and the fast-paced retail environment with finesse and flair.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a trusted advisor and partner in both corporate and retail areas.
• Collaborate with management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectives.
• Drive the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic plan.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts for both corporate and retail teams, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
• Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all locations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture in alignment with Jil Sander's values.
• Design and implement training and development programs tailored to the needs of the corporate and retail teams.
• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to the business.
• Monitor and report on HR-related KPIs, such as turnover, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.

Who You Are:

• A trailblazer with a minimum of 4 years of HR experience.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to navigate complex ideas in multiple languages. Italian proficiency is a plus.
• A strategic thinker with a creative edge, ready to challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas.
• A connector and influencer, able to build relationships across all levels of the organization and inspire trust.
• Agile, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
