ICT Retail Operations Specialist

OTB Spa is looking for an ICT Retail Operations Specialist for its office in Milan.

The ICT Retail Operations Specialist will be responsible for the following activities:

•    Collaborate with the Central Infrastructure & Operation Team to locally deliver IT projects including coordination of third parties.
•    Implement processes, tools, methods, guidelines and standards in order to improve efficiency in store activities.
•    Manage and procure ICT assets and provision of ICT services for both offices and store.

The role is part of a team also responsible to:

•    Provide onsite and remote support to both offices and store.
•    Support users and deliver trainings for new applications deployed.
•    Supply all IT set up required for new store opening.
•    Manage IT Projects.
•    Provide input to build IT Budget (Capex/Opex).
•    Manage PO orders in his/her Region.

Job Requirements:

•    Proven experience of at least 5 years in retail companies
•    Proven experience in both Infrastructure and Applications areas
•    Proven track record of delivering an agreed ICT Roadmap
•    Good communication and project management skills
•    Experience working with multiple stakeholders from different functions and different organizational levels
•    Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
