We're looking for a brilliant and passionate Intern as Retail Training Specialist who will support the Customer Experience & Retail Excellence Department in the content creation, coordination and execution of instore and remote Retail Training. The candidate will work closely with Retail Teams to ensure the deployment of an extraordinary Customer Journey and Experience in line with the Company values and philosophy. 

Main responsibilities:

•    Produce Training contents
•    Take ownership of the Onboarding of new Retail employees 
•    Deliver training programs, both in person and virtually, for Retail Teams to ensure they excel in their roles providing an excellent Customer Service 
•    Provide guidance and stimulate activities related to the Selling Ceremony and effective selling techniques.
•    Assess Training progress through Training monitoring in respect of the Training Calendar provided by the Retail Excellence Department
•    Support the organization of Retail Meetings

Job requisition

•    Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Dedication, proactivity, high attention to detail and time management skills
•    Creative thinking, problem solving skills with a «Make things happen» approach
•    High-fashion sensitivity: products and branding trends awareness
•    Proficient use of Italian and English (other languages are considered a plus)
•    Microsoft Office Suite (Proficient in Power Point)
•    Video editing skills as a plus
•    University Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Languages is appreciated
